5. Children and young people
Some of our activities are designed for children and young people.
Where an activity requires parental or guardian consent, a parent or legal guardian must provide that consent before participation.
Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to a child's participation and for following any instructions or requirements provided for the particular activity.

From time to time, Creative Crossover CIC may invite members of the community to submit artwork, designs, photographs, ideas or other creative material.
You remain responsible for material that you submit.
By submitting material to us, you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge:
-
you have the right to submit the material;
-
the material does not infringe another person's intellectual property rights;
-
the material does not contain unlawful, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate content; and
-
where necessary, you have obtained permission from people appearing in photographs or other submitted material.
-
Unless separately agreed with you in writing, submitting material does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to Creative Crossover CIC.
Where we intend to reproduce, publish or commercially use submitted material, we will seek appropriate permission or establish the relevant usage rights beforehand.
8. Third-party websites and services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, organisations, retailers, service providers or other resources.
These links are provided for convenience and information.
Creative Crossover CIC does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, products or services.
If you follow a third-party link or purchase a product or service from another provider, that provider's own terms and conditions will apply.
9. Our shop and products
Where products are available for purchase through our website, product descriptions, prices and availability will be displayed at the time of purchase.
We aim to ensure that product information is accurate, but images are for illustrative purposes and colours or appearance may vary depending on your device or the actual product.
Prices and availability may change. Any change will not affect an order that we have already accepted unless required or permitted by law.
Some products displayed on our website may be sold or fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Where this applies, the relevant supplier's terms may also apply to the purchase.
10. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the relevant product.
An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where, for example:
-
a product is unavailable;
-
there is an obvious pricing or description error;
-
we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity; or
-
we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will arrange an appropriate refund.
11. Prices and payment
Prices displayed on the website will be the prices applicable at the time of ordering, unless there is an obvious error.
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be made using the payment methods made available at checkout.
Where VAT or other taxes are applicable, these will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law.
12. Delivery
Delivery options, estimated delivery times and applicable charges will be provided during the ordering process where relevant.
Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.
We will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, although this does not affect your statutory rights.
If an order does not arrive within the applicable delivery period, please contact us at:
hello@creativecrossovercic.co.uk
13. Returns, cancellations and refunds
If you purchase goods from us as a consumer, you may have statutory rights under UK consumer law, including rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or unsuitable goods.
For many online purchases, consumers have a statutory 14-day cancellation period. Certain goods and circumstances are excluded from this right under applicable law.
Where you have a statutory right to cancel, we will provide the applicable cancellation and refund arrangements.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If you wish to cancel an order or discuss a return, please contact:
hello@creativecrossovercic.co.uk
Please provide your order number and details of the product concerned.
14. Faulty or incorrect products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law.
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy depending on the circumstances.
15. Payments and third-party providers
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
We do not normally receive or store your complete payment card details ourselves where payment is processed by a third-party payment provider.
Your use of a third-party payment service may also be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
16. Privacy and personal information
We may collect and process personal information when you use our website, contact us, register for activities or make a purchase.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Please read our Privacy Policy for information about what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it and your rights.
17. Cookies
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies.
Cookies may be used for purposes including website functionality, security, analytics and improving your experience.
Where legally required, we will obtain appropriate consent before using non-essential cookies.
Information about the cookies used on the website should be provided in our Cookie Policy.
18. Photography and media
Creative Crossover CIC may photograph or record activities, workshops and community projects for purposes such as documenting our work, promoting future activities and demonstrating community impact.
Where identifiable individuals, particularly children and young people, are involved, appropriate permissions and safeguarding procedures will be followed.
If a particular event or activity has separate photography or media arrangements, those arrangements will be communicated to participants.
19. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Subject to the above, Creative Crossover CIC will not be responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated when you entered into an agreement with us.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
20. Events outside our control
We will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
This may include severe weather, natural disasters, fire, flood, public health emergencies, strikes, disruption to transport, power or telecommunications failures, or other circumstances that could not reasonably have been prevented.
Where such circumstances affect an activity, event or order, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected customers or participants and, where appropriate, provide alternative arrangements.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will be published on this website and will show the date on which it was last updated.
Changes will not retrospectively alter contractual rights that have already arisen, except where permitted by law.
22. Website availability
We may occasionally need to suspend, withdraw or modify parts of the website for maintenance, security, technical reasons or other operational purposes.
We will try to minimise disruption where reasonably possible.
23. Complaints
We want to resolve concerns quickly and fairly.

24. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you will also have the benefit of any mandatory protections available to you under the law applicable to your circumstances.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as removed or modified to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
