The Creative Crossover team building initiative is different from other programs available. By integrating the fundamentals of basketball with various team-building tasks, our sessions offer a unique and enjoyable way to bring out the best in your staff and help achieve your business goals.
Our team-building sessions provide a higher level of engagement compared to the average team-building event. With over 40 different exercises, we can customise each session to meet both personal and organisational objectives for every participant.
Prior to the session, we conduct a pre-assessment to strategically determine the best return on investment (ROI) for your program. Continuous monitoring throughout the session ensures that participants are actively engaged, followed by a final assessment to measure outcomes.
Our goal is to foster harmony within your team while empowering individuals to take on leadership roles.
Additionally, we follow up with a call six months after the initiative to ensure that your team has benefited from the experience. If necessary, we will suggest further individual or team-building techniques to implement in the workplace.

Our sessions are led by trained Basketball England Level 2/3 coaches, along with qualified business psychologists. This combination of expertise effectively addresses the individual needs of your team members.
